It’s moments like these that I’m reminded of why I place so much emphasis on not ignoring information that contradicts your preferred narrative.
It makes you look stupid, as with the anti-choice person above.
Anti-choice folks need people to believe that all abortions are late-term, or their arguments fall flat. The fact that they are very rare, performed exclusively to ensure the mother’s health, and heavily regulated in basically every state is sadly a set of facts that is an inconvenience to them.
