I had to draw cash from an ATM twice during my California trip, and (Surprise Surprise!) I didn’t have to pay any stinking ATM fees! (Because, unbeknownst to myself, my credit union is affiliated with a nationwide network of ATM’s operated by unions, so no fees!)
