today I’ve learned with my literature professor that “some women deserve to be raped” and if you get offended and walk away to the class the same professor will tell you to not get offended and everyone will laugh.

neither is killing people but those jokes never get publicity like ***~RAPE~**** jokes do
I remember how Tumblr had a giant comedic circle jerk after the Miami ‘cannibal’ attack, and I have to think that the rationale for rape would also apply to folks who have half of their face eaten off.
