Why aren’t there lawsuits? Not only would it be wrongful termination, provable simply by showing these threatening letters, but isn’t this action a violation of a person’s civil rights as well?
I’m not a lawyer, so I could certainly be wrong. I just don’t get how this hasn’t resulted in a lawsuit when our society is so litigious.
