The House has found plenty of timefor superfluous legislation. Not only was this bill unneeded (due to the annual vote on the Hyde Amendment), but they’ve repealed ACA 41 times, they’ve named more than 100 post offices, and they found time to defund ACORN for a second time… even though it’s been defunct for years now.
And, they got all of that absolutely useless legislation done working only four months out of the year!
